David Elliott of the San Diego Union-Tribune reviewed Hilary Duff’s new film ‘The Perfect Man’, giving it 1 1/2 stars. Elliott writes, “Viewing ‘The Perfect Man’ is like watching chiffon blow an air kiss at taffy within a vacuum tube. Apart from that, it’s cute. Leading the cast, or cute pack, is Hilary Duff. Jeez, is she ever the Duffiest (Howard Duff fans, go hang yourselves). And then there’s her mother, played by Heather Locklear, 43, like a quite mature teen with a few small wrinkles.” Read more.
