Duff: ‘Play With Fire’ The Closest Reflection Of Me

Hilary Duff checked in with fans on her blog at AOL’s KOL service on Tuesday (August 8). “Hey, thought I’d give you some more information on my video,” she writes. “Alex and Martin who also directed a U2 video and the iPod campaign helped me film my new video ‘Play with Fire’ while I was in Toronto. It was awesome. We have real fire (it almost burned me). My legs were red!! We also had lots and lots of breaking and cracking glass. I am happy with the song and the way everything fell together! I think it’s the closest reflection of me this far. When I go to New York next week for ‘Material Girls’ (opens August 18th), I will be on ‘TRL’ to kick off my video. Make sure you tune in. I have a busy few weeks with the movie and Haylie in ‘Hairspray’. I’m going to be on Letterman and then Regis and Kelly and Jimmy Kimmel too! That’s not all! I’m also going to be on the ‘Today’ Show and a lot of other morning shows. Gotta go.”
