The Sun reports former Blue star Duncan James was photographed parking his grey Nissan in a disabled parking spot on a shopping trip in Radlett, North London. “It isn’t setting a very good example to his fans,” The British Council Of Disabled People said. “If there isn’t a blue badge on display in the car then the he shouldn’t park in a disabled parking spot. He could get fined.”
