News of the World reports Madonna has brought Kabbalah rabbi Eitan Yardeni to America to pray that her bid to adopt Mercy James from Malawi is a success.
“They have been praying at every waking hour,” a source told the British tabloid. “The adoption process has been stressful for Madonna. She’s been telling pals it’s felt as painful as childbirth.”
