Mandy Stadtmiller of The New York Post spoke with several comedians about news Britney Spears had filed to end her marriage to Kevin Federline on Tuesday (November 7). “This is a sign that the country is getting on the right track,” says Emmy-award-winning comedian Paul Mecurio. “Although I have to say, just the idea of this happening now is a bit strange. This is the least political couple. I don’t think he even knows that he can vote. He goes into a voting booth and starts trying clothes on. He thinks it’s an Old Navy dressing room.”
