Elin Ruth Sigvardsson updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Saturday (August 22), discussing her fourth album. The Swedish singer songwriter tells readers:
I’ve just finished my new album, ‘Cookatoo Friends’! It will be out on October 7. You can preorder an exclusive, limited edition of it here already. =) It includes an EP with acoustic versions of some of my older songs, in a deluxe pink packaging. First come, first served!
It’s been a trip recording this album. I’ve worked closely together with Rolf Klinth, but I have produced & played most of it myself. I’ve also started my own record label, Divers Avenue. These ingredients makes this album extra special & close to my heart. It really feels like my own project, in rain or sunshine…=)
