Elliott Yamin Lashes Out At Harry Ritchie’s Jewelers
‘American Idol’ season five finalist Elliott Yamin posted the following message to fans on his blog at Myspace on Monday (July 23):
Hey yall!… Hope all is well!… Thank you soooooooo much for all of your thoughtful wishes, and thinking of me on my birthday!… 28 (don’t laugh) was the best year yet!… Just wanted to bring to everybody’s attention, that the latest ‘NOW25′ album is out, and features my hit single ‘Wait For You’… And also encourage everybody to pick up their copy TODAY!!!… Also want to send my deepest apologies to all of you who expected to see me at Baracudas in Portland, OR on Thursday July 26th!… I understand, through no fault of my own, that the radio station had to cancel the event due to Harry Ritchie’s Jewelers (the exclusive ticket seller) were over-selling tickets by an outrageous $300!.. That is [appalling], and I’m extremely disappointed that Harry Ritchie’s Jewelry store had to ruin it for EVERYBODY!!!!!!… I will find a way to make it up yall, especially those who actually purchased tickets, and listeners who won tickets!… Talk to yall real soon!… PS: the Target Holiday record is coming along great and is almost complete!… Take care and God Bless!”
