News of the World reports Baby Spice Emma Bunton has been out on a string of romantic dinner dates with former lover now manager of her solo career, Simon Fuller. A source revealed, “Emma and Simon have remained very close from the Spice Girl days. When Simon started managing her again this month the sparks began to fly. They get on like a house on fire and definitely enjoy each other’s company.”
