Enrique Iglesias Responds To Matt Lauer’s ‘Latin Temper’ Remark

Enrique Iglesias was on the phone with Johnjay and Rich of 104.7 KISS FM in Phoenix on Monday (June 18), talking from the airport in New York on his way to Montreal. Enrique responded to the controversy during his ‘Today’ appearance on Friday when Matt Lauer suggested “You’ve got the Latin side to you… You have a temper streak.” Enrique said, “C’mon. That’s not a big deal, gimme a break… Me personally, I don’t think that was disrespectful, but I guess some people take it in a different way. I don’t think it was. I actually thought he was very nice… What’s so disrespectful saying we have a temper?”
