The Las Vegas Review Journal reports nine super chefs will prepare a five-course, $1,500-a-plate dinner for 550 at The Mirage to benefit Larry Ruvo’s eighth annual ‘Keep Memory Alive’ fund-raiser for a new Alzheimer’s hospice. The May 15th event, in honor of Wolfgang Puck, will also feature a performance by Enrique Iglesias. Read more.
