Enrique Resolves To Sleep More, Anastacia Abstains From Resolutions

ITN spoke with several celebrities about their resolutions for 2009. "Not to be so hard on myself," Jessica Sutta said. Enrique Iglesias said, "Sleep a little more." Sugababes star Amelle Berrabah said, "Cook more, and stop getting takeaways." Finally, Anastacia said, "I don't do resolutions. I'm sort of an everyday life living, maintaining a mindful process in my journey. So everyday is one of those assessment moments. At the end of the year, I think it's sort of a copout to do a resolution. Because really, truly, you've got to appreciate the moment you're in. Because you're not promised next year.
