Enrique Iglesias said, “Sleep a little more.” Sugababes star Amelle Berrabah said, “Cook more, and stop getting takeaways.” Finally, Anastacia said, “I don’t do resolutions. I’m sort of an everyday life living, maintaining a mindful process in my journey. So everyday is one of those assessment moments. At the end of the year, I think it’s sort of a copout to do a resolution. Because really, truly, you’ve got to appreciate the moment you’re in. Because you’re not promised next year.
