Entertainment Manager Suing Aaron Carter’s Father

The Miami Herald reports Eliot Weisman has filed suit in Broward County Court, alleging, among other things, libel and breach of contract by Aaron Carter’s father, Robert Carter. Weisman, 65, says he introduced the young singer’s parents to the William Morris Agency. Then Robert Carter cut him out of his 16-year-old son’s growing career, Weisman said. “There may have been an agreement on Jane’s part,” Robert Carter said in response to the claim. “There was never agreement on my part or Aaron’s part.”
