The Globe spoke with gay male fans who watched Jennifer Lopez during her surprise performance at the White Party in Palm Springs recently. One of the 10,000 gay men in attendance said, “It was an incredibly sensual, sexually charged show. Even the gay guys were turned on!” Another fan wondered, “I don’t know if they were cheering for J.Lo or the muscular studs she was on stage with.”
Much of the crowd’s energy though was sparked by Ecstasy and GHB that were being used throughout the event. A witness said, “People were dancing up a storm and popping drugs like candy.”
Lopez’s husband Cris Judd wasn’t in attendance, as the diva’s rep explained, “Cris has a job you know. He’s not always with her.”
