Fans Fluster Britney Spears

ITV reports Britney Spears and two pals had to be rescued from crowds of screaming fans after she popped out for a burger at Jerry’s Deli in Los Angeles. The increasingly large crowd caused Spears’ security to call cops for assistance in clearing the crowd.
