The Boston Herald reports Jessica Simpson caused a near-riot at the Wal-Mart in Danvers on Thursday (March 4) when crazed
‘Newlyweds’ fans stormed her bus, trying to get up-close and personal with the singer. “People are swarming and they won’t let her off the bus,” state police Sgt. Peter Perez said. “It’s causing a traffic jam.” Fortunately, Simpson was finally whisked into Wal-Mart to sign autographs after extra police were called in.
