Joe Zee, editor of Vitals magazine, tells ‘Extra’ that this year’s MTV Video Music Awards fashions are sure to sizzle. Zee said Lindsay Lohan is the one to watch. “I think we are going to be surprised at the sexy dresses she’ll want to wear,” he insisted. As for who will dress with sexy elegance, Zee points to Mariah Carey. “I would really like to see her clean and simple,” he said. “I think she is best that way.”
