Father Jumps To Mark Philippoussis’ Defense
Mark Philippoussis’ father and coach Nick jumped to the tennis star’s defense after reports said he had dumped Delta Goodrem for Paris Hilton. “Things weren’t working out well,” Nick tells The Australian. The protective father asked, “What has he done? Did Mark kill anybody? Did he rape anybody? They were not married, they weren’t even engaged. I’m trying to understand what’s the problem?” Nick then suggested Goodrem’s mother and manager was casting Mark as the villain after the couple split. “Mother Delta and Co are trying to make him into someone who’s done something wrong,” Nick moaned.
