Fatone Ditches Autograph Seekers After ‘Rent’ Debut

Robert Kahn of Newsday was on hand at Joey Fatone’s debut as nebbishy Mark Cohen in Broadway’s ‘Rent’ Monday night. While the *NSYNC star drew a lot of fans to the performance, he left hundreds waiting for autographs disappointed by making a mad dash for a waiting SUV instead of stopping to sign autographs. “I think it was rude that he didn’t stop and sign more autographs, but then I also think the people here waiting are getting really wild,” said Tammy Grace, a Granville, Ohio.
