Ferras Heads To DC For The Obama Inauguration
Ferras checked in with fans on his blog at MySpace this morning before heading cross country to take part in an inauguration event in Washington, DC. The Los Angeles based singer songwriter tells readers:
Oh the weather outside is frightful… so I hear. It’s 1am – I’m packing for my lil trip to our nation’s capital. What a privilege and honor it is for me to be in DC while history is made. :) Go Obama. I’m playing a set at one of the inaugural balls Tues night. Wish me luck. Thanks to Jessica Pastor and Dolce & Gabbana for hookin me up with a fly silver tux… D&G so good for me. I’ll be posting pix and video blogs when I get back mid week. Also to all my friends and family around – if you’ve called me lately and I haven’t returned your calls or email or texts — sorry so sorry. This past week/end has been nuts with me in the studio and writing sessions and trying to gather myself for this event.
