The Glasgow Daily Record reports that the posh Scots hotel where Jennifer Lopez is due to stay when she arrives for the MTV Europe Awards this week had to be evacuated in the middle of the night when a fire broke out. The blaze left two guests requiring hospital treatment and the rest standing outside in the freezing cold. The fire started in the early hours of Sunday in a laundry basket at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. More than 150 guests were evacuated on to a rain-soaked Princes Street.

Oh wow. Should we call J.Lo and see if she’s okay! Gosh! What a traumatic experience for her! Oh but wait, she wasn’t even there, two people were hospitalized and hundreds were evacuated. So why is the fact that she was going to stay there have any relevance?
Aww…too bad the fire didn’t happen when she was actually at the hotel! Maybe she could have been burned down along with it?
It’s too bad J.Lo wasn’t at the hotel. (DAMMIT!) I bet she would have demanded some thing to eat while the fire was burning on her floor. LOL!
