‘Fixated’ Fan Hits Britney Spears One More Time — In Court

While Britney Spears’ people declined comment on Masahiko Shizawa’s lawsuits against both the singer and the city of Los Angeles, Jennifer Atkins, a close Spears pal, told The Chicago Sun-Times, ”This is such a nightmare for Britney. This guy is a nut, but unfortunately a nut with some bucks so he can afford to travel and find intricate ways to harass her.’
