Scott L. Powers of the Chicago Tribune reviewed Hilary Duff’s concert last Friday night (July 30) at the Allstate Arena with his 8-year-old daughter Nancy. Powers writes, “In concert, as in her other multimedia successes, Duff projects a self-effacing, realistic teen. Dressed in a black pleated miniskirt and a black T-shirt, with a pink one underneath to prevent any bellybutton peeks, Duff is a reality-check in a world of buff Britneys and razor-thin Mary-Kates and Ashleys.”
