For Now, Jennifer Lopez Can Keep ‘Glow’ Perfume

Associated Press reports Jennifer Lopez can keep the name of her signature scent until a federal judge rules whether the perfume ‘Glow by J. Lo’ violates Glow Industries trademark. “Glow Inc. has not demonstrated that it will probably prove a likelihood of consumer confusion,” U.S. District Judge Margaret Morrow ruled on Tuesday.
