TVGuide.com caught up with Greta Van Susteren for a Q&A and asked the ‘On The Record’ host if she thought covering Paris Hilton’s legal drama serves a greater purpose. “I think driving under the influence is extremely serious, but I think people ought to know that people should be treated fairly,” Greta responded. “Look at charities: When charities want to get money, they go out and get a high-profile person to sort of spearhead it.
