Fox ‘Staggered’ By Idol’s Season Opener Ratings
The New York Daily News spoke with Gail Berman, president of Fox Television Entertainment after their big Tuesday night ratings win with the season opener of ‘American Idol’. “It’s pretty staggering,” she admitted of the average 25.7 million audience. “It shows you the power of broadcast television when you have something people want to watch.”
