Frankie J. answered a few fan questions on the TRL website after his appearance on the show the other day, including who was his inspiration to get into singing. “My inspiration? Michael Jackson basically-I’ve grown up listening to his music,” he responded. “I was probably four-years-old when I was listening to records. He basically inspired me to start singing as a kid. That and listening to artists like Brian McKnight, Jodeci, Justin Timberlake, Usher, all the greats. Everyone who has been involved in music has inspired me.”
