‘From Justin To Kelly’ Barely Qualifies As A Movie

Christopher Kelly of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reviewed ‘From Justin to Kelly’, giving the film 1 1/2 stars. Responding to star and ‘American Idol’ champ Kelly Clarkson’s claims that critics wouldn’t like the film, Kelly said, “Well, guess what, Clarkson is right. It’s not a movie for critics. Except I’m not sure it’s for ‘the fans,’ either. Unless Clarkson is using the term in the colloquial sense, to mean ‘people who have no standards whatsoever and will happily fritter away 82 minutes of their lives watching a humorless, pointless, artless would-be musical/comedy’.”
