According to the Backstreet Boys mature fan club, ‘Close To Brian’s Heart’ is the fundraiser in honor of Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell (who celebrates his 28th birthday on February 20th). The proceeds will go to Brian’s charity ‘Healthy Hearts for Kids Club.’
