Gareth Gates Stays Atop UK Pop Charts

BBC reports has held the number one spot in the UK singles chart, extending his run at the top to two weeks. Meanwhile, the Pop Idol contestant he lost to, Will Young, dropped two slots to #4 as Ali G and Shaggy’s ‘Me Julie’ hit #2, while Shakira’s ‘Whenever, Wherever’ got the #3 spot. Read more.
