Gavin Mikhail checked in with fans on his blog at MySpace on Tuesday (December 23). The Nashville based singer songwriter tells readers:
Hey guys… Just wanted to send you a quick update before heading off to eat YET ANOTHER plate of fattening holiday food… awesome… :) To start, whatever and however you may celebrate, I hope you’re all having a great lead-up to the holidays. If, like me, your entire extended family is unceremoniously crammed into one undersized house… just remember…. BOOZE. Lots of booze. Whatever booze you can get your hands on. It makes the ride ooooohhhhhh so much smoother… ($5.99 litre of Vodka in a plastic bottle? Two Buck Chuck? Bring it. I’m in. :)
Ok… yeah, idiot ramblings aside, I’ve been meaning to post a tour blog ever since the last date a couple weeks ago. In a nutshell… you guys couldn’t possibly have made the experience any better for me. From the first show in Munich to the last show in Cleveland, you were truly amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve toured like that, and your enthusiasm reminded me all over again just how great you are as friends and fans. To see you singing along, connect with you in person after the shows… such an amazing thing. So, thank you. Seriously… thanks.
