Geri Halliwell Asks Posh To Be Bluebell Madonna’s Godmother
The Mirror reports Geri Halliwell is to ask her former Spice Girls bandmate Victoria Beckham to be godmother to four-week-old Bluebell Madonna. “Geri is notoriously selective about the people she has around her – and as a result she doesn’t have many friends,” a source said. “Victoria is probably one of the few people who is close to Geri. They have been through thick and thin together and the bond between them is stronger than ever. She was like a sister to her when she was pregnant. Geri is passionate about having strong role models, especially female ones, in her daughter’s life. And who better than Victoria?”
