The Mirror spoke with former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell who, at 30, is out with the binge-eating celebrity cliche and in with being happy. “This is the first time in my life that I can look at myself in the mirror and like what I see,” she says. “I read somewhere that 30 is the new 21 and I feel like that. You’ve got the experience and wisdom but you’ve still got youth, which is an amazing combination. I feel young, free and single and happy.”
