Even though Geri Halliwell sold photos of her new baby Bluebell Madonna to Hello! magazine for an estimated £1 million, The Sun reports that the former Spice Girl has been asking pals such as George Michael and her former bandmates Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton if she could hide away at their mansions to get back into shape without worrying over paparazzi. “Geri has been pleading poverty with her friends,” a source explained. “She doesn’t own a house in the UK any more but she desperately wanted her baby to be born in London. She’s been living in various rented properties in Los Angeles and London for the past couple of years and doesn’t have a proper place to call home.”
