New York attorney Arnold Gitomer has been retained by Maurice Gibb’s heirs to move forward with a lawsuit charging the musician’s death was preventable and only caused by hospital error and-or incompetence. The lawyers are looking into it–they have been since the day it happened because his death was totally preventable.”
