Gibbs Set To Sue Hospital Over Maurice’s Death

New York attorney Arnold Gitomer has been retained by Maurice Gibb’s heirs to move forward with a lawsuit charging the musician’s death was preventable and only caused by hospital error and-or incompetence. Gibb was 53 at the time of his death. “I believe the doctor completely screwed things up,” twin brother Robin Gibb told the London Daily Mail. “The hospital is not off the hook. The lawyers are looking into it–they have been since the day it happened because his death was totally preventable.”

No matter how he died, the loss is incalculable

I blame the hospital and the decisions made by the doctors. Did the doctor’s even have a degree? So sad as it probably could have been prevented. Just look at what they have done to his family. Look what they have done to the world of music. We all miss him as he can not be replaced. We miss all the Gibb brothers. Such a gifted family. My mother, 86 years young, even loves their music. Glad Barry is keeping his brothers memories alive by still singing.
