Ananova.com reports Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy has told a jury she is not racist and said she had only punched a nightclub toilet attendant in self-defense. The 20-year-old pop star said Sophie Amogbokpa had thrown the first punch in the fight and claimed she had only retaliated because she was “scared, angry and upset”, the court heard.
