The manager of Good Charlotte confirmed to People magazine singer Joel Madden has ended his 2 1/2 year romance with Hilary Duff. “I can indeed confirm that Joel is single,” Steve Feinberg said. “We are not going to elaborate on Joel’s personal life but I will say they have split.”
