Guy Ritchie Demands Apology After Pal Insults Madonna
The Daily Star reports Guy Ritchie demanded an apology after his pal Danny Dyer labelled Madonna “a bloody nutter” at a premiere party. “I wouldn’t pay £150 to watch Madonna, no way,” the actor told guests. “I used to love her. She was the first person that ever made me hot, but she’s over. She runs around in a leotard and she’s like 50 and she’s into all that Kabbalah sh** which is weird. She’s a bloody nutter.” A source told the tab, “Guy can take the rough and tumble with the lads. He knows just what Danny’s sense of humor is and he can take it. Even Madonna is able to handle a raucous wit but Guy drew the line at her being called a nutter. That was too much. Danny and Guy know each other from the Britpack scene and they’ve always got on well, so Dan was happy to apologize for any offense taken.”
