Sky News reports that No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani has been voted as the best dressed by style magazine Harpers & Queen. “One of the main themes that emerged from this year’s list is a nostalgia for the days when women really revelled in the art of dressing up and having fun,” a magazine spokesperson stated. “Gwen Stefani embodies this spirit perfectly because she manages to look polished and glamorous without compromising her professionalism or her carefree spirit.” Read more.
