James Smith of Hadouken! checked in with fans on the Leeds, England indie pop group’s MySpace blog on Saturday (June 21). Smith writes, “It’s been a long time since I sent a message to you. First off gotta thank you for the support over the last couple of months, most importantly those who bought the record or came to a gig. The top 20 chart position was a nice suprise to us all and the tour was off the fu**ing hook. We have been getting more and more confident on stage and actually getting fitter with all the exercise so smashing up the place for an hour is no problem these days. We did a Czech festival the other week and I copied Kurt Cobain and jumped into Nicks drumkit at the end of the show. I can now tick that off my list of stupid things to do before I die.” Read more.
