Hairstylist Following Posh To LA

Ben Cooke, who has styled Victoria Beckham’s hair for the past seven years, is moving to Los Angeles with the former Spice Girl and her husband David to continue his work for her. “We had meetings in LA when Victoria was there for the Oscars to see about expanding our brand over there,” Cooke’s business partner Jonathan Lang explained to The Sun. “We spoke with magazines and hair cosmetics firm Wella. We want to create a salon there as soon as possible. Ben flies anywhere in the world to be with the Beckhams if he can. It would be easier if we had our own salon there. Friends say Victoria can’t live without us, which is lovely. We don’t want to rely on Brand Beckham, although Victoria’s name on our books means a lot. This is our own project we have dreamed about for years. Victoria is really excited about us setting up in the US.”
