Us Weekly reports that after she split up Eric Benet, actress Halle Berry tried phoning up *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake. “She kept calling Justin and leaving him messages after she broke up with Eric,” a source revealed. “But he was already with Cameron, so he didn’t return the calls.” Timberlake has said in the past his celebrity crush is Berry, and was given a surprise during an appearance on MTV’s TRL in November 2002 when she popped into the studio when he was on the program.
