‘Hannah Montana’ Class Action Lawsuit Lawyer Visits ‘America’s Pulse’

A New Jersey mother of a ‘Hannah Montana’ fan filed a class action lawsuit over the singer’s MileyWorld.com web site, which offered tickets to the concert to members paying a $29.95 a year fee, but few tickets were given to the members. The mom’s lawyer, Rob Peirce, visited ‘America’s Pulse’ on the Fox News Channel to discuss the case.
