Hanson’s Label Drop ‘Confirmed’

The Hanson Hotel has confirmed that the band has left their label Island records. The news page on the site quotes, “I have been getting a lot of emails this week asking me about Hanson and Island Records. It is true that Hanson left Island, but they WILL be releasing the album and there will be a tour, so it’s all good.” Rumors say that Island dropped the pop group after being disappointed with the result of Hanson’s next album titled ‘Underneath’ and that the band will go indie and release the lp themselves later this year.
