Happy Christmas From Lily Allen

Lily Allen checked in with fans on her blog at Myspace on Saturday (December 23). “Hello all, I know I havn’t written anything of note recently, but that’s because nothing interesting has happened,” she wrote. “I went to America for a week and did some gigs, one in L.A., one in San Francisco, and one in Seattle! Seattle was pleasant and I managed to do most of my Christmas shopping in the Macy’s department store there. We came back to London for 3 days to rehearse for ‘Jools Holland Hootenanny’, which will be on, on New Years Eve. For now though, I am in Jamaica, eating Jerk chicken for lunch and trying to catch up on some sun and some sleep. I want to thank everyone for contributing to make this the most amazing year of my life, I’ve had such a laugh and have achieved so much more than I could ever have anticipated. I go to Japan again on the 10th and then off to New Zealand and OZ for Big Day Out, I can’t wait then I’m off to LA for a bit before returning to England for my short tour and then some festivals.
