Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s Laura Brown dished details to ‘Extra’ about ’ photo shoot and how the singer’s new dark locks caught the photographers by surprise. “Britney said she dyed her hair on a whim, actually, and we think it looks fantastic black,” Brown revealed.
