Star magazine featured photos of Hilary Duff from August ’03 to earlier this month where it appears the singer has gained around 20 pounds. Her publicist though argued otherwise. “Hilary has not gained any weight and her clothing size has not changed. Perhaps the scarf she has around the middle and the angle of the photo give the illusion of a weight gain, but that’s not the case.”
