Lindsay Lohan is on her way back into rehab, In Touch magazine is reporting. Earlier today, the 20-year-old was reported to be headed to Promises in Malibu, the same facility Britney Spears sought help under heavy pressure, and subsequently under heavy resentment. “She is going willingly,” a Lohan pal said.
