According to The Hollywood Reporter, Heather Locklear is set to play Hilary Duff’s mother in the romantic comedy ‘The Perfect Man’, which starts production April 29th in Toronto. Duff’s character is trying to set her mom up with a boyfriend but her mom is not romantic.
