‘High School Musical 3′ Rakes In $42 Million In Opening Weekend

Disney is celebrating the opening weekend of ‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year’, which ruled the box office by earning $42 million according to studio estimates. The tally was enough to top the $27.8 million earned by ‘Mamma Mia!’ to become the biggest debut for a musical. Horror movie ‘Saw V’ opened in second place, with $30.5 million.
