Hilary Duff & Aaron Carter Are Top 10 Rising Teen Stars

Hilary Duff and her boyfriend Aaron Carter are cited as two of the Top 10 Rising Teen Stars on a list on Netscape.com. “My life has changed tremendously,” she recently told Texas Monthly. “Mostly if I trip or spill something, I am nervous everyone saw it!” And Aaron tells PBS Kids, “Being on the road is tough, doing interviews, and all the stuff. It’s still pretty tough. I mean, going to radio stations, getting up early in the morning, and not only that but you’ve got to make time for school and for performances! When you finally get free time, it’s like, ‘Wow.’”
